Shipping Policy

Orders are processed between 9am - 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.

Please allow 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders ship out from our Melbourne, Australia headquarters.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Flat Rate $ 10.00

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

All orders are sent via Australia Post's International Standard Service and take 7-10 business days to arrive after dispatch or DHL Express.

 

Flat rate $ 17.00

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. 

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Please note: Scandic Gypsy will not be held liable for custom clearance fees, foreign taxes, holding times or any other associated import costs that may be enforced on delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

As stated in the description, please note that our Scandic Gypsy bags may be a different variation to the one pictured.  Each bag is individually handmade and unique and no two bags are the same. Our rattan is 100% raw and may vary slightly in colour and size.

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS AND SIZE GUIDES CAREFULLY as we do not accept returns on our products unless faulty. 

Please email scandicgypsy@gmail.com with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide the original invoice as a proof of purchase.

Scandic Gypsy does not cover the cost for any items returned unless the item is faulty.
